Meticulously renovated, this stone home blends old-world charm with modern comfort. Its warm, light-filled interior invites you to relax in an authentic setting.

The house is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

On the ground floor, you will find:
A fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, SodaStream, drip coffee maker)
An open-plan living area
A pleasant bedroom with a double bed (no air conditioning)
An en-suite bathroom with a shower—ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs:
A bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children (no air conditioning)
A second sleeping area located on the landing and separated by a curtain, featuring a double bed (air-conditioned)
This space is comfortable and inviting, though it has an open-plan layout that is important to consider when booking.

Outside, enjoy a magnificent tree-filled garden where Virginia creeper adorns the house's façade, creating a charming atmosphere where nature takes center stage.
Please note: there is a rooster nearby!
The private pool (7m x 3m, 1.4m deep), open from mid-May to mid-September, allows you to fully enjoy beautiful summer days in a peaceful setting.
There is an outdoor dining table shaded by the Virginia creeper and a gas barbecue.
Access between the house and the outdoor areas is via stone steps; a water point and a toilet are accessible in the garden.
