You will also enjoy a cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for convivial evenings, as well as a brand new, fully equipped kitchen.

Outside, everything is in place to enjoy sunny days:

• a terrace with garden furniture and a dining area
• a barbecue
• a secure swimming pool with a cover

Please note: the garden is currently being landscaped and is not yet fully finished; the lawn will not be ready for the summer of 2026, and the hedges are not yet dense enough to screen the view from neighboring properties on the pool side.
